PRICING DISCLAIMER We reserve the right to correct any and all errors once we are aware of them. We appreciate your understanding. We do not charge your credit card until the purchase price is confirmed. Despite our efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced; we cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order request. If a product is listed at the wrong price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Birk’s Jewelers of Monterey Park Inc. retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. If an item's correct price is lower than our listed price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
SALES TAX Sales tax is charge to all orders shipped with the state of California
RETURN POLICY Custom order merchandise which includes class rings, college rings, championship rings, military rings, celebrations of life jewelry can be returned within 15 days, return authorization is required, items are subject to a cancellation fee. Modified, worn or altered items cannot be returned.
REPAIRS AND WARRANTY SERVICE You are responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred unless it is a result of error or defective merchandise.
